Submitted Resume online, no need to create account and to fill in typical Taleo/ICMS/Workday forms. I was contacted via email right away and scheduled for an on-site interview. Upon arrival, I was asked to fill in forms (Experience/Education....) by hand. Waited for HR about 20 min. She explained the Company Org, and some high level policies/culture, like "no working from home" "no late night or early morning calls". Waited another 20 min for the Video Conference to be set-up with the Hiring Manager in California. He asked about my experience and the roles I have performed, then told me this was a hands-on job, with no reports or team members, not a Project structure and whether I was OK. I tried to engage in technical topics like Design tools, Test, etc,,, but He remained low-key. I did not receive any notification afterwards, they did not return my calls/emails. No "thank you for your time and interest...."
