There is no interview process. After applying online, you are sent to take an exam at a private 3rd party testing center. After the test, it may take anywhere from 3 to 10 months to hear results and acceptance.

The interview process and background check took 6 months and then another 6 months before any final decision was made and list of facilities was given out... I hope the process has improved since,

No interview really. You just apply if you meet the requirements. They will send you an email in a few months. Then you have to take the ATSAT test. If you pass that and the Questionnaire they will send you a TOL to be followed by an FOL.
