Entretien
The interview consisted of 2 parts, the first one was an oral test about my professional and academic backgrounds and my knowledge about the company, the second one was a written tests in 2 languages with a focus on customer service situations, The recruiter was very kind and make the whole process easy and comfortable for me.
After three days I had two further phone interviews in the two languages to test again my verbal skills.

Processo di selezione abbastanza veloce (in una settimana ero arrivata già al terzo step).

No communication from recruiter - completely ghosted which is unprofessional and rude after several interviews. I followed up several times to see what was going on in the process and asked for a response regardless of outcome and never even received an automated email rejection. Would not recommend working here or using farfetch to anyone.

The interview is in 4 different steps. The team is lovely, always arriving on time and super nice. The process is very fast, they answer after 1 day. The interview was quite easy.
