Very slow and not such clearly defined process. 4+ weeks between each contact. It feels they keep interviewing and slowly bring you forward without knowing very well what they're looking for, until they drop you without providing an actual feedback. Even when pushed to share more on their decision, it felt they were just telling BS taken from a big bag of available BS...
Advice: try to be more structured, quicker, and open with your feedback, as well as more personal and honest on your actual choice criteria. Remember it's a 2-ways interview, and that your time is remunerated while candidates' isn't.
