Intraction ( interview taken by RSM then Sales manger And after that National sales manager).
HR ( negotiation process and ask career expectation and company expectation) 4) offer letter 5) joining
Interview with First line and second line managers and Training department
Need to complete the initial training course with desired marks
Salary discussion will be with second line manager only
Confirmation will be processed by HR team.

First round of interview with Area Manager Second round of interview with Regional Manager Third round of interview with Divisional sales manager Last round of interview with HR and this is where the negotiations starts, and remember ' Do not ak for yearly package negotiate with them on your monthly salary or I should say in-hand salary. Because FDC is very clever on package offering thing , they will fool you easily.
