The first engagement came through a recruiting even in TH-Koeln. The initial contact person was very nice and professional but that's it. Afterwards CHAOS! It is worth mentioning that my goal was to get into Sales but I was never informed prior to the interview about the exact position I was going to get interviewed. I was then contacted by three different people within the company and all of them had no clue of the process follow-up. I literally had to "Hunt" them in order to arrange the interview. By the time the interview was arranged and the appointment was clear to both sides, they never called me on time. Furthermore, I called 15 min later and asked if they are aware of out interview. Obviously the appointment was in their calendar but apparently the interviewer was not available because she was in other meeting by that time. Moreover, we arranged another interview in order to continue. They called me again with a delay of 10 min and the interviewer didn't even apologise for the delay. She was extremely focused on my previous experience in the Sales field and nothing else, not even the fact that I am an engineer. A couple of days later I received a NO from them while telling me that they would be happy to give me feedback. I also asked for it but unfortunately never received it. I cannot recommend them to anyone young.

Sehr unprofessionell seitens FERCHAU! die Mitarbeiter;innen haben schon mich mehrmals angerufen wegen Termin für Vorstellungsgespräch. Den vorgeschlagenen Termin habe auch zugesagt. Plötzlich 4 Stunde vor dem Vorstellungsgepräch habe ich eine Mail erhalten, dass der geplanten Termin abgesagt wird weil die Stelle schon besetzt ist.
