Good experience for fresh grad, but low pay and not much guidance, need to learn the ropes yourself. Good place if you are looking for a door-step into consulting and being an analyst. No structure in terms of promotion and high numbers of employees resigning.

Entretien
Quite a few rounds. An initial team meeting/job description discussion, first interview, a 4 hour written exam, and a final technical interview. The process took around a month in totality before reaching final decision.
