The steps are first, a phone interview which covers some behavioural questions. After that you are invited to a face-to-face interview at their offices. The latter takes about 3 hours and includes logic and technical tests, a 30 minute presentation and an actual interview. They'll get back to you in 1-2 weeks with a response.
