Entretien
Two technical round, one telephonic and one in person. The questions were of average difficulty. I applied through the job portal and got the call from the HR. Then the HR schedule the interview and for the first round i got the call form the company and the second round was in person in the FIS office.

Interview was mainly concentrated on the core java, jsp, servlets, Spring and hibernate
Very easy process. Just be the confidence. Office culture is hybrid more over depends on your project. Using almost all the latest technology. Getting experience in FIS would make you to work anything places after it. That much strong you can become after joining. But hikes are low.

Entretien
Interview was conducted in 3 rounds, first the technical, second techno manager, third was the director round. HR are very approachable and helpful. I was interviewed for senior software engineer position with 6 holding 6 years of experience in c++.
