Entretien
Four total interviews. Started with a phone screening and followed by three individual interviews with the direct supervisor, that person's boss and a supervisor who I'd be working with. The whole process went very well and they all did a great job of communicating throughout. I always felt like I knew what the next step would be and they never keep me needlessly waiting.

They focused more on sharing information with me about the role and the department. I really appreciated their candidness and that they understood that I had to decide if the fit was right for me just the same as they had to decide if they felt I was the right fit for them.
