2 steps interview process. General conversation with a HR person followed by an interview with a supervisor. Some time after I received a call they would like to make me an offer. All followed by a month background check.

There were a lot of question but the interviewer did answer my questions about the company. The interview was not very long but was longer than some about 45 minutes
