Long and lengthy. Took 4 months before you were hire. The process from start to finish is not what you would expect in the hiring process. Job description is different from what was being describe vs the compensation. Be sure to ask hiring manager or director of job title vs job requirement.
Was straight forward and informal with their engineer team. Met with the recruiter multiple times online during the two interviews. Highly suggest working for this team be cause theyre great

The sys admin interview was incredibly challenging, with deep-dive questions on troubleshooting complex network issues, scripting under pressure, and managing multi-cloud environments that tested my limits. What made it stand out was how these scenarios mirrored the real-world chaos of handling unexpected outages and optimizing resource allocation on a daily basis. Despite the intensity, I appreciated the honesty in reflecting the fast-paced, problem-solving nature of the job rather than superficial queries. Overall, it was a tough but fair process that prepared me well for the role's demands.

The final round would be a managerial round which would be a non-technical round.
