Friendly and connecting interview with the manager and team. It was straight-forward with no pressure to answer any questions and overall a good experience. Background checks did take a while, but this is outside of FIS's remit.

Can You Describe the MVC (Model-View-Controller) Architecture? Are you familiar with TDD? CMS pros and cons?

Rh exchange followed by in site interview with manager and technical test (sql + java qcm). Then a proposal. It took 2 weeks. They have great place to work and everything was straightforward
