There was an on site screening interview. A phone interview by a company recuiter followed. There was a subsequent interview and a live cooking test at the account after that.

Entretien
I was interviewed by three members panel of Executives together and on their own, also did a cooking exam which consisted of a basket of items and I had to cook 1 dish from the ingredients. I cooked 3 dishes using many different cutting and cooking techniques.
