Entretien
Was offered interview at on campus career fair. Scheduled interview, team was very friendly they had a social the night before that I attended. Interview was pleasant, very open to questions about company and took time to describe lots of processes.
Post interview, they explained the next steps and said they'd be in contact, and I never heard from them again. Sent some follow up emails a few weeks after, and still nothing.

What was a situation where you had to handle a team conflict and how did you address it?
The interview process was comprehensive and well-structured, striking an impressive balance between technical proficiency and behavioral fit. While the evaluation was thorough, the managers maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a transparent environment where they were happy to answer any questions I had.

Entretien
The first interview was a 30 min phone call with an HR rep where they asked me some very basic interview questions. The second interview was with several employees who had once worked the same or similar position I was applying for. Mostly behavioral questions, some questions about my resume, and at the end, a writing sample.

Entretien
It is a long process, due to having five rounds of interviews. You are expected to present a 5 to 10 minute presentation about a safety hazard in the workplace.
