I talked with very personable recruiters who made themselves available to answer my questions at any time I had them! My first interview was mainly an informal talk so the recruiter could explain to me about what the rest of the process would look like and allow me to ask questions I had before things proceeded. My next interview was where the recruiter asked me to share experiences and I was given a case study prior to that interview to make notes on in order to show what I knew/would do with the patient! After this interview, I was told I would get to talk to the speech VP to learn more/discuss coming to shadow!

Everyone is very nice and friendly. The interview process is a bit extensive but it seems to be an overall supportive environment. The process is also very efficient and you will hear back quickly.
