There were three interviews and an aptitude test.
I met with a Japanese team member, the head of the division at headquarters, and HR.
The process took about two months, and I had to wait quite a while between the informal notice and receiving the official offer.

Entretien
The process is quite easy for a foreigner. FPT is trying to attract english speaker as much as possible to the company. You will only be interviewed one time by the office manager. If everything is ok, you will get a job offer the day after. The process is short and fast. The questions are basics one about your previous experiences and a review of your skills.

Entretien
Applied via recruiter, phone call from HR. 02 meetings with senior managers afterward, face to face. Mostly talked about past experiences, project situations and how to resolve them. Also asked about vision, expected career path, package and other general matters.
