Totally interview by English. The whole process just in a day (mainly a half of a day). Firstly, they will give you 2 test: the IQ test and the English vocabulary and reading test. Secondly, you will attend a test of Microsoft Office's softwares (usually Excel and Word). Finally, you will join an interview with your current position supervisor.
