In the second interview they described their software and their business model and asked if it's something I thought I'd be able to do (basically work with a tablet). It was a quick process and not very intense. After explaining their business model, upward mobility, pay scale and hours they asked me to explain those things back to them so they knew that I was able to grasp everything.
