Process took a few days. Had just finished Uni, and had never had a job. Applied for the role and got a call about coming in for an interview. Was obviously delighted so went into the interview the following day. Was interviewed by a woman, few generic easy questions, left the interview still having no idea what the job was. Got a call later that day about a second round interview, an Observation day. I foolish accepted. Arrived at 09:00 the following day, and was almost confused from the off. Lots of people in suits, could hear loud music playing and I thought it all seemed great. I was wrong. Got introduced to a young man who I was going to observe for the day. So we get a bus up to North Belfast and I get put in a cafe and asked to do menial easy writing tasks, something an eleven year old could do. Not until a few hours later do I realise that the guy is selling Internet from a pod with a banner on, asking every single person who walks by who their broadband was with, being constantly ignored. This is when I realised it's not what I had hoped. Anyway I wait it out, as I liked the guy I was observing. We end up staying there until after 18:00, and then we head back to the office. At this stage I've had a long day and just want to go home. We get back to the office and have a third round interview with the boss, where he believes I'm perfect for this role and offers me the job. As I was naive, I accepted without even knowing the pay structure or anything. Foolish started the job and spent longer than I should have doing it. Would advise to absolutely everyone to stay away from this company.
