Applied via their website. Two days later had a good conversation with a recruiter/hr. Next she scheduled a phone screen with a hiring manager but the hiring manager never called. I sent an email to the recruiter to find out what happened, but never heard back.
First phone call is with the recruiter, second phone call with team lead, third is take home test followed by an on-site with a team to discuss architecture and pair programming

Phone call with recruiter, then call with CTO. They were looking for someone that can come into the team with their chosen stack and be productive immediately.
A lot of time in the technical interview was the CTO tooting his own horn. I felt we wouldn't have been a culture fit if the interview reflected how they treat their developers, but they didn't take the time to respond.
