I was then invited to a 90-minute technical screen with scenario-based questions. The process itself was structured and the conversations were thoughtful. However, after investing significant time and effort — including preparing technical documentation and follow-ups — I received no formal closure or response, even after polite outreach. That lack of communication ultimately left a disappointing impression.
