Processo de duração média. Uma vez que você é aceito pela factored, geralmente você ainda faz entrevistas com o cliente em que será alocado.
As conversas foram bem coerentes e as perguntas pertinentes tanto com a factored quanto com o cliente final

Although long, the interview process at Factored was well structured and organized. The recruiter was always very helpful and accomodating, always quick to help and answer questions about the proccess. The technical evaluation was though but completely fair (and relevant). Overall one of the best recruiting experiences I've had.

O processo ocorre em várias etapas: testes online, entrevistas não técnicas e técnicas.
Após passar em todas elas, você vai para o "pool" de candidatos e então poderá ser alocado em um cliente. Os recrutadores são muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos a te ajudar, porém, o processo como um todo até ser alocado em um cliente/projeto pode levar meses.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of 3 interviews and one assesment.
The first interview was with HR, It consisted on talking about a project i had worked with as well as some Data Science questions.
Second interview was technical it was about Machine Learning, statistics and questions on algorithms.
Third Interview was talking about how I take decisions during projects.
The interviewes have a lot of experience in Analytics, so the interviews are not what I was used to, but also it was a great experience as I had the chance to show what I know, as well as to understand where I was standing regarding my knowledge
