I applied on Feb 2025. In the course of two months after that application, I have two interviews, one exam and countless negotiation. Eventually I get a hold of the offer letter during mid April 2025.
But the clauses are very heavily one-sided. The one mistake I make is I focused in this school after I see the progress in the hiring process so I ignored every other schools came in my way because I believed this is the school that I want.
Until I saw the clauses on the offer letter that I knew I am making a big mistake.

1st Ai interview then mock teaching will be done in the same session with Ai if selected will proceed to written assessment and if passed the test then the final session is with panel interview

It was good very professional. Had a mock teaching during the interview. I got the job but didn’t accept it because I wanted to pursue my masters. The pay they offered was decent.
