I participated in a phone interview. They were very open to answering all of the questions. They painted a clear picture of the expectations and the opportunities of this position.
Only took 6 minutes. The interviewer was also over an hour late to the time that was agreed on. Sent me a text reminding me about the time so its not like she didn't know what time the interview was.

I applied online and got an email for a phone interview. I got a call for a phone screen and then a call for a phone interview. Very informative and easy to talk to.
