They were very professional. They asked about experience and reason for wanting to pursue this option. They also focused on how goals aligned with the company's mission. It was a great opportunity to speak with people who helped build up an individual agency.

I first received a call with some questions, then went for the actual interview in person (it lasted between 10-20 minutes). Not too difficult I would say, but be prepared.
