Applied online, got a call to schedule interview a week later. Went in for a very informal (10 minutes) interview with a manger. Questions focused on previous work experience/schooling. Very easy interview.

Easy and straight forward. Experience not totally necessary. Good environment, people seem nice, hours are good and they are flexible. Asked about working in a team environment and how I handled working with a difficult co-worker.
one standard interview. Just like any other restaurant interview. They place special emphasis on bringing energy and being able to make people feel at home. bring a positive attitude and having experience will help otherwise you will likely start as a host
