It was pretty easy. They just asked me my experience and realized I wasn't an idiot and I got the Job. Obviously you need experience and good work ethic and you should have a problem

Interviewer asked about prior experiences and reviewed my resume. Asked about the other restaurants I worked in and if I had my bartenders license or not. Also asked if I knew anyone that currently worked at the location I was interviewing at.

very easy going conversation about previous experience. how would I handle certain situations. talked about sports as well. made a couple of drinks then deserts. afterwards we watched football. showed pictures of kids and talked about life in general. started the next day.
