The interview went well. Lots of great sounding ideas, lots of promises of what you are going to be part of, etc. This is a startup company and they don't seem to know exactly what to say to get you in the door

Short phone interview with HR guy before, talking about my background and some general questions about experience. Then brought me in for face to face interview about a week later. Questions were more general and personality-based, not a lot of technical questions. Thought the interview overall went pretty well. Sent a follow-up email and never got anything back from him.
