Regular screening phone interview where I had to do my best but my interviewer did not even bother to prepare for it at all. Long pauses, unclear questions, and he seemed to be bored by talking to me. With this attitude to potential employees imagine how they treat actual employees.

The interviewer was so nice and friendly! He listened patiently to whatever I had to say. English wasn't my first language and I was so nervous. He was also very clear about the timeline and expectations.

Entretien
Applied online then received an email from a recruiter based in Florida. The job description is incorrect, and does not accurately convey what the job actually is. This caught me off guard, thus causing the interview to go south.
Took about 2 weeks in total. Had an initial qualifying phone call with the recruiter which went great. Had a following video call where I was asked to complete a numbers exercise; somewhat difficult.
