Scheduled phone screen, asked background questions. I live out of state. Recruiter knew that & asked if I was willing to relocate - yes. At end of phone screen they asked if I would pay for my own relocation - No. Recruiter said she wasn't sure if relocation was included, but was going to check and promised to get back to me either way. Never heard back. When you promise follow-up to a candidate you should FOLLOW-UP!

Positive, engaging, open to listen, valuable. Company willing to share info and two-sided dialogue. 3 stages, meeting different people, good culture and opportunity. Honorable people to deal with. Would recommend to prospective applicants to consider this business.
