Very smooth interview process, and the hiring managers were very transparent and upfront about the compensation structure and role expectations. I also had a mock sales call interview after the in-person interview, where we went through three different iterations of potential sales calls.

First interview, warm and positive. Second, Evdoxos Metallinos rudely dismissed me in a B2B roleplay, intentionally misspelling my name. I now hold higher role in another firm but the case needed to be published.

Roleplay (supposedly Evdoxos Metallinos, btw there is no such a Greek name, this name means “glorious medal-ish”, was a B2B-sales-lead and the conversation was in Greek —the supervisor of him didn’t ever know how he treated me):

- Hi, yes, who did you say you are? (mispelling my name)? Anyway, yes, I don’t care, I am not interested no matter what and I am in a hurry can’t speak.
Easy phone and virutral discusssion with hiring manager, also spoke with memebers of the team as well for cultural fit. Option to come in person as well if needed, phone screening was initial point of contact.

What I would do if someone hung up when I called them
standard sales interview, nice people. Got a final interview but decided it wasn't for me, base salary is super low and it's pretty well established so I didn't see a huge amount of upside on the sales team.
