You have to pay for your own background check $65 (refundable when you pass), then study to get your license for 2 months ($450-$900), then work as an associate... you get free office space, printer, etc... and earn between 10-20% commission on the 34 policies you have to sell to get to the next step. Don't spend any of that money you just earned because you need $5K liquid in savings to move to the next step (just incase you have a hard month). It was pretty good. I think it was great actually. So cool. It was a time I won't ever forget. How could I forget an interview that was for Farmer's insurance at this time in the world?

The interview process was very well organized and put together. We went into a conference room with lounge chairs and a TV screen. It opened with a few questions asking about me and what I knew about the company, then we moved to a slideshow presentation which talked a little about the history of the company and then talked about how to get paid and promoted, and finally closed with a few more questions about what I thought of the process, what I thought about the opportunity to work for Farmers Insurance and finally Why should we hire you as an Agent. Overall I was very happy with the entire process.
