Very easy process. Was first recruited by main office then interviewed by primary agent. He was looking for an office manager, customer service person, but also needed a selling agent. I fit the bill.

Easy enough to interview. You do have to have your license before you start work, so don’t start looking for jobs before you pass your exams. Property and Casualty are the two to start with and then you can add more later.

Thorough and informative. Our conversation was relaxed and was done over lunch. I was able to ask questions about their processes and systems and personnel. Overall, I felt confident in their team and influence in the district.
