Apply online, phone call, in person interview. Took around ~4 weeks in total. Questions asked were all typical straight forward questions related to customers and retail. Be yourself and be professional.

I applied online, received a call in just few days for in person interview.
Interview was just regular customer based, behavioral and situational based questions. There were about 20-30 questions and had to give personal examples for most of it.
It was very comfortable.
I had 2 person asking questions for my interview.
