I applied online in which I had to answer a series of questions. I then received a phone call about a week later from the area manager to invite me in for an interview of which occurred about 3 days later. I came in and reported to the front of the shop to inform them I was there for an interview. I had to wait around for about 20 minutes although I did arrive 10 minutes early as it would give a good impression. I had an interview with the branches temporary manager who was very welcoming and made the experience really comfortable. We spoke for about 10 minutes then she offered me the job there and then.

Phone call interview asking about my experience and then given an interview date. Quick it was more like a conversation rather than an interview. Asked about myself and availability. Friendly interviewer.

No normal question asked as expected of an interview, He was speaking about his children so I do not know how they decided who gets the job. May have just been pure bias. I am not sure.
