Everyone was very friendly and hyped me up through the whole thing. Was told after the final round during my debrief that I did great, had excellent feedback on my scorecards, and was given an idea of start dates. I was told I would hear back about their decision in 1-2 business days, but they instead chose to ghost me. My recruiter refused to respond to my emails requesting an update and feedback from the interviews.

I had a recruiter chat, then coding screen with the hiring manager, then a full onsite that consisted of a systems chat, a behavioral, and a C knowledge check. Everyone was very nice throughout the process, and helpful. There were no "gotchas" and it felt very collaborative.
