J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fat Media (Bristol, Angleterre) en mars 2017
Entretien
After the application there was two interview stages, an assessment center and final interview. The assessment center was a really fun day, it was group activities which gave you the chance to talk to everyone there, all the staff were wonderful and it was a lovely day!
The final interview was an apprentice style interview, there were different rooms with different managers in. Each set of managers asked several difficult questions but they were friendly and approachable. Overall, it was a lovely interview process, very unlike other graduate schemes and I'd recommend applying!

Question 1
Most of the questions were personality based, there were also questions relating to the experience you had, the degree and what you hoped to gain from the company.

I applied online on the Fat Media website, where I was required to send over a copy of my CV and answer a few online questions about myself and my interest in the industry.
The first stage was a group interview, which was surprisingly enjoyable and very relaxed! The group stage consisted of several tasks, which was a great opportunity to meet everyone, display your skills and to see whether you were a good fit for the company culture.
The second, and final round, of the process consisted of 4 x 15 minute interviews with team leaders and managers. The questions were focused around your experience, studies and, most importantly, you as a person. This is not as daunting as it sounds, it was all once again very relaxed and felt like more of an open conversation than an interview!
Throughout the whole process everyone was very helpful and welcoming, which helped to get rid of the nerves and keep you relaxed.

There is an initial online application consisting of your CV, a covering letter, and some quirky application questions including describing yourself from your friends' perspective in just 3 words.
If these catch Fat Media's eye you'll be invited to an assessment evening which is incredibly informal and chilled out. This element is designed to assess how you interact with others (candidates) and how your ideas are formulated from the activities you are required to get involved with. The next stage after this is a final interview with senior members of the team, it's pretty intense but the team make you feel at home and it's a friendly, chatty atmosphere.
