      Entretien

-Apply online - PHONES ARE ALLOWED UP UNTIL YOU ARE HIRED. AFTER THAT THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE WORK GROUNDS(well, in your car is fine) -Most are selected once applied, you HAVE to set up an "OBSERVATION SORT" time. This is basically you just coming in with a large group of applicants and them giving you a tour of the facility and giving you a quick background of the company. They aren't allowed to answer job related questions so don't try to ask about pay, hours, benefits, etc... They'll say they can't answer those questions and they should be saved for whoever you'll be interviewing with if you get selected. - Before you're selected, they will ask for everyone's email address so they can send a background acceptance form and a couple questions to be answered(Most you answered on the initial application. Yes, you have to fill it out again. Work history, address, references(I think) and a couple other things. Takes like 7mins t complete. **At this point it's been like 3-5 days** - After you completed the background stuff, they'll call you to set up an interview which you can schedule for a later time if available but the quicker you do it, the sooner you may get through so remember that. - Once interview is set up and interview day is here(no more than 2 days after call. They only do interviews on certain days). You'll arrive and probably see 1-4 people out of that large group that you did the "OBSERVATION SORT" with(depending on if you chose to do you interview at the last minute or not). Tell the window lady you're here for the interview and give her your name, she'll give you the code to come through the door. From there, just sit and wait. Maybe strike up a convo with your fellow interviewees. - Once called back, they'll sit you in in an office 1-on-1 and they'll ask you a series of questions just to gauge your work ethics and character. - Questions involved "Name a time when you did some work and you felt like you should get recognized but didn't? How did that make you feel?"/ Another would be "Name a time when you had to work with someone that you had to but didn't like to work with? How did you handle that?"/ And you can't forget the classic "Describe yourself for me." "Why would we want to hire you?" - After that, they say they'll be in touch after the background check goes through(anticipate 7-12 days). - After the questions or maybe before, they'll ask you what shift you'd prefer to work. PRELOAD - 4AM-9AM($11.20)/ UNLOAD - 5/6PM - 9/10PM($10.20 dollar less than the other 2 shifts)/ OTP - 11PM - 4AM($11.20) -If everything clears and they liked your responses during the interview, they'll call you with a job offer. If you accept, then they'll ask you to come in the next day(usually a Thursday. Yes. you get paid for the orientation) for the Orientation. -From there, you'll see about either the same interviewees you saw at the interview process or there will be a different group but it'll be no more than 5 people altogether. - Yu have to watch like 7 terrible, outdated movies about each job in the facility but they also give you a "passport" which is just your own handbook so you can understand their system in your own words. Ths handbook does have questions that you'll need to answer but they'll give you the answers after each video. MAKE SURE YOU LISTEN CLOSELY BECAUSE SOME OF THOSE VIDEOS DON'T GIVE YOU ALL THE ANSWERS. SOME YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER FROM THE ACTUAL VIDEO. - After that, the Orientator will come back in and give everyone a crazy thick stack of papers...Don't worry, it's not that thick some packets you keep. Others you have to sign and he/she will tell you where o sign and what the sheets are for before you sign them. very informative. - Almost once that's over, they'll confirm what shifts you want, at this time, you can actually request another shift if you so please and they'll make the necessary changes. They also may ask you if you're ready to work the next morning/night when usually it's the next week. You have the option to defer to next week if you feel more comfortable with that. - At this point, you just need to be mentally prepared, DO NOT THINK THIS WILL BE EASY WORK. THIS WORK WILL TEST YOUR LIMITS if you're not used to this kind of work.

Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
