I basically applied online and was scheduled an interview by Phone. Once the interview was set up I arrived at the the location to do the interview. This was literally within a day or two. After the weekend was over I was called the following Monday and offered the position. Quick and easy process.

Behavior questions. "Name a time where you had to step in a lead a project that was on the wrong track and when you stepped in it went going in the right direction." Just be ready for prepared situations and results.

Entretien
7 to 8 bar format questions , with one open ended question. Two people from corporate wrote down my responses. The interview lasts about 25 minutes. Overall it was a good experience.

You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.
