You must attend a sort observation to see what the job entails before you can apply for the package handler position. Afterwards, you are invited to submit an application. Generally as long as you complete an application you will be granted an interview. I was called for an interview about a week after my sort observation. The questions are very straightforward and mostly of the yes or no variety. The interviewing manager just wants to make sure that you will come in for every shift and are okay with unpredictable shift hours. If you answer yes to the majority of those questions and have a clean background check then you will be offered a position

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
