You go in and basically get the rundown about what hours are available and you pick your shift. Then you are told that you have to pass a background check. Which the only thing I have on my background is a pending assault on a family member that my husband filed cause he was mad at me. The charges are being dropped but they don't even give you an opportunity to explain or get it resolved. I think the background check process is very unfair and doesn't allow for someone that would be a great employee the chance to defend themselves.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
