I went in had a one on one in person interview . When you arrive at the facility you must have a picture id ready to present for security inside the main entrance of facility and anything you bring in with you has to go through scanner and then you leave your stuff in the basket they scan while you walk through a metal detector and then sign in. On way out sign out and then they scan your body front and back with metal detector

Easy.. got a phone call quickly and then was invited to orientation within a week or two. No hard questions or anything concerning my qualifications. Just came in to attend a 3 or 4 day orientation and started immediately after.

FedEx Ground uses the BAR format for interviews. BAR format is as follows: Background. Action. Result. Easy questions. Some positions have 3 questions. Some have ten. Try to give FedEx examples when applicable
