First contact was phone call from recruiter with a prescreen interview questions. Then I was asked to take the Prove It Test in which I took it in the convience of my home computer, their were 6 test which last approximately 90 minutes. 3 days later I was called in for a group interview with the hiring managers.

Overall good interviewing experience that consisted of 3 steps - phone talk, a fysical meeting and a third interview - day in the office where I got to experience how the day in CS looks like and listen to some of the calls, while representative was helping a real customer

Entretien
They phone interview first. They then call back to offer in person interview. Once you finish in person interview then you wait for an email for job offer. The next step is background check and drug screen. This is almost like reapplying.
