It was super professional but a bit complex, only because it’s not your average interview they do what is called a “bar interview” if you don’t know what that is and you have an interview coming make sure you google it so you can get a understanding. It’s not about selling yourself they look for specific type of answers

7 to 8 bar format questions , with one open ended question. Two people from corporate wrote down my responses. The interview lasts about 25 minutes. Overall it was a good experience.

Applied online which was simple and straight forward. Then was notified of a phone interview. Interveiw lasted about 30 min all in the BAR format. got back to me within the week and offered the job

They use the "STAR" method of interviewing where you respond to behavioral interview questions. You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.
