Not applicable. There was never an interview during the hiring process. After the online application as well as drug screen, you're hired. Some contractors may require interviews, however, mine didn't.

Quick and to the point, they asked me my qualifications and why I wanted to do the job. I said it’s a good way to get in shape and they agreed. It’s a very labor intensive job.
