The process took over 2 months because the department in which I was applying delayed the interview process. So, initially I received a call from a recruiter asking if I was interested and then the hiring manager scheduled a phone interview. The interview was with 2 managers and consisted of general questions as well as a set of behavioral/situational questions. Be prepared to discuss occasions where you stood out from the rest. After the phone interview, I was scheduled for an in person interview a week later. The interview again consisted of the 2 managers, and a new set of behavioral questions. I was confident and comfortable, so the interview was somewhat easy for me.

Naming a time when you dropped the ball and how you fixed it.
Very easy process. I was in the interview room with 2 managers very laid back. But questions were very repetitive just asked in a different way. This process took about 30 -45 minutes

Entretien
Asked questions with results in mind. More specific than 'tell me a time when'.. it needs to show the problem, what you did about it, and the results. Very result driven answers need to be provided. They encourage asking questions for clarification if need be
It's a crazy fast paced environment you have to be mentally and physically prepared and just try, go in there and give your all , you'll get use to it after a while, its a good job if your a very active person.
