Entretien
Applied online, received a call after 3 weeks after submission and agreed for the interview for next day. Interview was conducted by the actual Major Incident Managers already performing those roles without any HR representatives. 90% of ther questions were related to the actual job. 4 days after the interview I received the offer.

There were no standard questions, it was more like a 2h conversation between MIMs about the processes. tools and techniques.
