They will ask you to give an example of a time when you had to handle specific situations that you may encounter as a manager. For example, when you had to have a conversation with a disgruntled employee, a time when you implemented a new system or structure, or a time when you had a hard time handling something or needed help.
And the answer should be returned in the BAR format so start with the background or context for the situation, what action you took, and finally the result of the situation.

Entretien
7 to 8 bar format questions , with one open ended question. Two people from corporate wrote down my responses. The interview lasts about 25 minutes. Overall it was a good experience.

You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.
