      Typical questions about strengths and weaknesses, they were strongly focused on safety. Call and in person. They were friendly and nice. They were very open on schedules with great options for part timers with full time employment

Communication Skills: Assess the communication skills of both the interviewer and the interviewee. Were they articulate, concise, and able to express themselves clearly? Relevance of Questions: Consider whether the questions asked in the interview were relevant to the job position and the company. Did they address the key skills and qualifications required for the role? Candidate's Responses: Evaluate the candidate's responses to the questions. Did they provide specific examples from their experience that demonstrated their suitability for the position? Cultural Fit: Assess whether the interview explored the candidate's potential cultural fit within the organization. Did they discuss the company's values, mission, and workplace culture? Technical Competence: If the position requires specific technical skills, assess whether the interview probed the candidate's technical competence adequately.
